School Psychologist
  Keystone Learning Services is seeking applicants for a full-time School Psychologist for the 2017-2018 school year. This position involves working with preschool through 12th grade students. Job responsibilities include collaboration and instructional consultation with teachers, principals and parents; assisting schools with implementation of problem-solving process MTSS/RtI; and the evaluation of students. Opportunities for School Psychologist working for Keystone include: ongoing collegial dialogue at department meetings; involvement with ongoing Keystone teams, such as Assistive Technology and Early Childhood and the opportunity to participate in staff development opportunities both on-site as well as state-wide workshops.
IEPs are written using WebKIDSS. New staff often states that they are pleased to come to Keystone because of the support they receive in their first year(s). Keystone has continued a mentoring program with new and returning staff. A staff member is hired to provide individual training on writing and running an IEP, along with curriculum and behavior support.
Applicants need to have a Kansas License through KSDE. We are able to hire School Psychologists Interns and provide them with supervision. EOE

Keystone Learning Services is an Interlocal; it provides the special education services to eight school districts (Valley Falls, Jefferson County North, Jefferson County West, Oskaloosa, McLouth, Perry-Lecompton, Atchison County Community Schools and Easton) and runs other programs not special education such as Parents as Teachers, State Grants, and Professional Development. Keystone provides services to the school districts that surround Lake Perry. The school districts served are within a 30 minute drive of Lawrence, Topeka or the town of Atchison. Keystone's main office is located in the town of Ozawkie (on the banks of Lake Perry). Keystone auxiliary office is in Oskaloosa.
